My name is Pierre, and I am a 21 yo French student of English, currently preparing a master thesis in American Literature on Arthur Miller.
Apart from cooking, I enjoy reading, theater-acting, listening to music, hanging out with friends and all the usual stuff.
Cooking-wise, hmm… I have a brother who has a formal education has a chef and now works in England. Let it be said that he and I don’t go along very well, and I did not get the virus from him, or any sort of technical knowledge. I like to learn by myself. As my mother is a creole, I have a particular taste for spices: chilies, turmenic, curry, etc… And what defines me best i surely my very very bad sweet-tooth .
Favorite flavors? Chocolate, chili, coffee, peach and strawberry.
